Thank you for your interest in judging with the El Paso County Fair. We appreciate your commitment to the development of youth through the 4-H educational model. Judge participation is intrinsic to a successful County Fair and your involvement aids our mission of creating well-rounded and engaged young citizens.
If you would like to be considered for an El Paso County Fair Judging role, please fill out the form below and select the events you are interested in and qualified to judge. Please be aware that in order to remove as much judging bias as possible, we often prioritize judges who have less connection to our local 4-H participants. Many of our judging opportunities do have mandatory qualifications, if you are unsure if you qualify as a judge, please specify your concerns in the qualification section of the form below.
Becoming an El Paso County 4-H judge is a simple process:
1. Changes are being made to our Judge Interest Form – please check back soon for an updated version. You do NOT need to do this if you have already committed to judging with the Extension Office.
2. Wait for notification from the El Paso County Extension Office on your desired events. Everyone who fills out the Judge Interest Form will be notified on whether or not your interests meet our needs.
3. Fill out the required documents and submit those with the Document Upload Form below.
4. Arrive at the Fair on the day(s) of your event(s).
